Prime Amigo Blades

At Prime Amigo Blades, your satisfaction is our top priority. All of our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will work to make it right.


Refunds

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

  • For any questions or refund requests, contact us at support@prime-amigo.com.


Returns for Delivered Items

  • If an order arrives in good condition but you wish to return it, please submit a return request within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Return requests after 72 hours cannot be processed.

  • A flat $7.95 handling and delivery fee applies per returned unit.


Broken or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives broken or damaged, send a photo with your order number to support@prime-amigo.com.

  • We will replace the item at our cost.


Cancellations

  • Orders are processed and shipped fast, so we only allow a 3-hour cancellation window after the order is placed.

  • Cancellation requests after 3 hours cannot be accommodated as the order may already be packed or with the courier.

  • Customers may still return the package for a refund, minus transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.

Payment Gateway Fees:

  • PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay charge non-refundable fees (3.5–4.7%).

  • Example: For a $125 order via PayPal (4.5% fee), the refund would be $114.60.

  • Orders under $99 incur a flat $7.95 deduction per unit.


Personalized Products

  • No returns for orders with custom engravings, names, dates, or other personalization.

  • We may offer store credits or discounts up to 50% off instead.


Customer Error Policy

  • Items cannot be returned due to customer mistakes.

  • Please double-check all customizations before placing your order.

  • We will always do our best to make you happy.


Holiday Season Policy

  • During high-volume seasons, we aim for on-time delivery, but unexpected delays may occur.

  • No refunds for delays caused by weather, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
